About MingCeler
Guangzhou MingCeler Biotech Co., Ltd. is a leading professional provider of custom gene-edited mouse models, serving the global biopharmaceutical R&D and academic research communities. At the core of our comprehensive services lies our proprietary TurboMice™ technology—a groundbreaking platform that enables the production of fixed-gender mouse models (male or female, per your customized request) with no quantity limitations. We boast a proven production capacity to generate 200 pairs of homozygous mice in a single batch, meeting both small-scale research needs and large-volume project requirements.
Our TurboMice™ technology is fully aligned with the 3R principles (Replacement, Reduction, Refinement), effectively eliminating redundant model generation and minimizing experimental animal usage. It resolves the industry’s longstanding pain points of complex breeding challenges and overcomes the inherent limitations of CRISPR-based technologies, while enabling rapid experimental cohort building for research projects. We offer one-stop tailored solutions covering the entire mouse model development process, empowering cutting-edge research in key fields including rare diseases, oncology, and gene therapy.
Through targeted ES cell gene editing, we specialize in creating fully customized homozygous mouse models for diverse research needs, including Knockout (KO), Conditional Knockout (CKO), Knock-In (KI), Large-Fragment Knock-In (LFKI), Point Mutation (PM), and full human genomic replacement. All our custom models are delivered in an industry-leading timeframe of just 3–5 months, significantly accelerating our clients’ research progress.
What truly sets MingCeler apart from peers is our exclusive tetraploid complementation technology—a revolutionary advancement that redefines the entire workflow of mouse model production. This core technology completely bypasses the cumbersome and time-consuming processes of chimera breeding and heterozygous crossbreeding. Edited ES cells are directly developed into viable mice, which are born genetically stable and immediately ready for experimental use. By eliminating traditional breeding steps, we remove all breeding-associated variables, uncertainties, and delays inherent to conventional methods. This not only streamlines the model generation process but also ensures unrivaled product quality and consistency, allowing researchers to initiate their experiments promptly without the need to wait for multiple breeding generations to obtain qualified experimental subjects.
